Sueño que mi gato sabe cantar. Sin embargo, a excepción mía, nadie lo ve cuando canta.Para compartir su canto con otras personas, le saco una foto y la llevo a un concurso de canto. Mi gato se saca el Primer Premio “Gallina de Oro” consistente en la estatuilla dorada de una gallina. En el sueño, el jurado me entrega a mí la estatuilla y mientras la recibo me quedo pensando cómo pudieron saber lo bien que canta mi gato con sólo mirar una fotografía.

I dream that my cat knows how to sing. The problem is that, exception of mine, nobody can ever see him singing. To share its song with other people, I take a picture of him while singing and take it to a singing contest. My cat happens to get the First Prize consisting of a golden statuette of a hen. In my dream, the jury gives me the statuette but while I am receiving it I keep thinking how they could possibly know how good my cat’s song is by just looking at a photograph.
