Radikal Karaoke (2013) –
Performance and online device (English version)
Today, politics worldwide is almost exclusively devoted to emphatic and demagogic formulae and linguistic cliches reproducing themselves as viruses. By mechanically repeating slogans we have turned ourselves in a zombie society.
Radical karaoke is an online device intended to allow users to enounce political speeches. By reading the texts at the bottom of the screen using a microphone, and by pressing certain keys anyone can generate a series of visual and sound effects to emphasize the speeches. This work uses random texts and an interactive interface. This is the video of a Radikal Karaoke reading performed by it's author.

Góngora Wordtoys (Soledades) (2011) Digital Interactive Poetry
(Spanish version)
The Baroque period turn the balanced classical world in an unstable world, decentered, hidden behind the clutter of signs.
Góngora´s elliptical language in Soledades is often compared with Kepler´s elliptical orbit of Earth. Following her work with the Wordtoys, Belén Gache presents the WordToys Gongora (Solitudes) based on the work of the Spanish poet. It consists of 5 digital interactive poems (Spiral Dedication, In Such a Narrow Space so Much Spring, Pilgrim´s Weep, Parnassus Delights and The Art of Falconry), which refer to a baroque universe of spirals, folds and labyrinths of language.

Kublai Moon (Spanish version)
(2014) Transmedia Narrative . E-books and Automatic Poetry Generator.
 Originally a narrative experiment in progress, Kublai Moon was created departing from the daily posts of a fiction-blog.
In this narrative, set on the moon, the author turned into a character narrates the different adventures and events lived by commander Aukan, another of his characters. While Aukan is responsible for carrying out a revolution among the lunar peasants, Belen Gache devotes his days to restore poetry in Kublai Khan´s Library, partially obliterated by a bomb of silence.
As a part of the project Kublai Moon, Retro-existential Sabotage is both an algorithm and an "infinite book". Although, above all, it is a typewriter that allows readers to access self-generated poems by robot AI Halim and make their own anthologies of its work.

Series of aleatoric poems created from fixed grammatical structures belonging to the context of political speeches. Sound-poetry pieces by Belén Gache using the IP Poetry system (developed by Gustavo Romano in 2004, performing Internet searches based on key words and then verbaling them using prerecorded phonemes).

Wordtoys is a "toy-book". Is a collection of poems based in different avant-garde poetic strategies: the emphasis on the materiality of signs (The Garden of Empress Suiko, 22 pink butterflies), interactivity (The butterflies’ book), the use of combinatorics and chance (The suicide of Miss Chao), the use of instructions (Rimbaudian word processor, Write Your Own Quixote), the deconstruction of the ideology of the writer as creative genius (Western Canon and The Language of the Birds).

Poetry could then make reality one of the old dreams of the avant-garde poetry: to free itself from the pages.

La vida y obra de Ambrosia Pons - Novela inédita
Finalista del XXIII Premio Herralde de Novela
(Anagrama, Barcelona, 2005)
Finalista en el XIII Premio Planeta de Argentina
(2006).
La narradora viaja a Barcelona con el fin de escribir un ensayo sobre el artista plástico catalán Josep Sert. Pero allí se encuentra por azar con una serie de documentos y escritos de Ambrosia Pons (1895-1918), una particular escritora que vivió en la Barcelona y Buenos Aires de la época, rodeada por artistas como Cravan, Picabia, o Duchamp.
